The court examined the request for the parole of one of the leaders of the "fraternal" organized crime group Oleg Makovoz, the closest associate of the thief in law Vladimir Tyurin (Tyurik). He served 16 out of 23 years. According to 47news, on July 6, the Tosnensky city court granted the request for parole of 51-year-old Oleg Makovoz, known in certain circles under the nickname MacLeod. According to the telegram channel of the VChK-OGPU, Macovoz was considered one of the leaders of the "fraternal" organized crime group. The team with immigrants from the city of the same name in the Irkutsk region was noisy in the era of “gangster Petersburg”. They were associated with the high-profile assassination of Konstantin Yakovlev (Graves) and the preparation of an attempt on the assassination of the leader of the Tambovskaya organized crime group Vladimir Barsukov-Kumarin.

According to sources at Rucriminal.info, Macovoz was responsible for the power operations in the Tyurik group, then he himself became an “authority”. Tyurik, in turn, was a force cover (on the gang line) of Oleg Deripaska. Both "lit up" in the Spanish investigation on the money laundering of the mafia. As the Kingdom found out, in February 2003 Tyurin flew with Oleg Deripaska to Bratsk to celebrate the anniversary of the Russian Aluminum company, and then participated in the meeting of shareholders of Irkutskenergo. On March 20 and 21, 2003 Tyurin took part in a representative gathering, which was also attended by thieves in law Zakhary Kalashov (Shakro-young), Aslan Usoyan (Ded Hasan), Vitaliy Izgilov (Beast), Tariel Oniani (Taro), Merab Gogia (Merab or Melia), Jamal Khachidze (Jamal), Vakhtang Kardava (Vakho), Mamuka Mikeladze and Armen Harutyunov, criminal authorities and "authoritative businessmen" Konstantin Manukyan and Leon Lann. At the event, Tyurin represented not only himself, but also defended the interests of Deripaska. The meeting was dedicated to the celebration of Kalashov’s birthday and was held in Alicante at the Montiboli Hotel. Then it was decided to create a “laundry” (a network of firms through which criminal structures laundered their income by investing in real estate in the Costa del Sol resort region).

In addition to Deripaska, Tyurik was a close connection of one of the most influential "thieves in law" Asan Usoyan (Ded Hassan). It was Tyurin Usoyan who ordered to monitor the interests of their clan in St. Petersburg, and Makovoz was the “eyes, ears and hands” of Tyurik in the “northern capital”.

He had his own group of killers, headed by Denis Dolgushin. Dolgushin knew the details of most of the major “contract killings” in St. Petersburg, because he either committed them personally, or participated in the preparation of the crimes, or knew about the details from friends of the performers. A real storehouse of information. It was Dolgushin, by the way, who at one time developed an operation to eliminate the “authority” of Konstantin Yakovlev (Kostya Mogila). In 2003, between Grandfather Hassan and the Grave there were serious misunderstandings on a number of commercial projects. In order to control the situation, Grandfather Hassan sent Tyurik several times from Moscow to St. Petersburg, during one of his visits, he encountered Yakovlev right at the airport. The conversation immediately grew into a quarrel, Yakovlev told Tyurik something like this: "Tell Grandfather Hassan that we here in St. Petersburg will understand without any" looking ", there is nothing to send anyone to us." Tyurik transmitted the information, after which the fate of the Bone of the Grave was decided. On May 25, 2003, during a visit to Moscow, Yakovlev was shot by motorcyclists. And shortly after this, Dolgushin decided to crack down on his boss Oleg Makovoz. There were several reasons for this. Firstly, someone “whispered” to Dolgushin that Macovoz himself had “ordered” it. Secondly, Dolgushin by that time was tired of the role of an ordinary killer. He hoped that after the death of Macovoz could take his place. Moreover, the murder could always be attributed to revenge on the part of the people of the Bone of the Grave. On October 14, 2003, in St. Petersburg, the killers literally riddled the car (a total of about 90 bullets were fired), in which Makovoz was located. But he himself survived. After this, Dolgushin realized that his life was worth nothing more, and ended up in the arms of the representatives of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of St. Petersburg. This did not happen without the assistance of Tambov. According to some reports, Vladimir Kumarin personally held a conversation with Dolgushin.

As a result, the “storehouse of information” first testified about all the killings to which Makovoz really had a relationship. And then, according to the special operation of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate and the "authorities", he also began to talk about how Makovoz allegedly "ordered" the killings that the Tambov actually committed. One crime after another was broadcast on Makovoz, he himself could just about break down and admit, in short, everything went like clockwork. Operational support in the case was carried out by employees of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of St. Petersburg, under the personal supervision of Vladislav Piotrovsky.

According to the interlocutor of Rucriminal.info, investigators and officers of the FSB of the Russian Federation from Moscow appear here.

If it weren’t for their intervention, then Kumarina would have been practically no one to judge for everything - Makovoz and Leukhin were all responsible (Bear, all Tambov’s economic crimes were “broadcast” to him). The main goal was to cut off police officers from Makovoz, to prevent the Tambov murders from being hanged on him and to remove Dolgushin from the full control of the GUVD. And then the main battle began.

As it does not sound corny, events unfolded in the spirit of American fighters or TV shows, such as the "Cop Wars". The FSB took under its heavy guard Macovoz, and the GUVD under its own - Dolgushina. Both sides organized constant external monitoring after each other and listened to the phones of opponents, and the collection of dirt began. In particular, it was found that the employees of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate and the prosecutor's office have some real love for Dolgushin, and sometimes in the literal sense of the word. In their conversations, the cops and prosecutors called him, not only as "Denisk" and rushed with him, as with a "written bag". Everything that Deniska does not want, immediately the police department will organize him. As a result, investigators constantly watched their joint trips to the best hotels, saunas, restaurants, and nightclubs. Just that they didn’t feed them with a spoon. In one of these bathhouses, chosen by Deniska and the police department, a surveillance camera was installed. Initially, investigators watched Deniska drink cops there, and then an employee of the prosecutor’s office appeared in the bathhouse, helping to support the state prosecution in many cases pending in the courts of St. Petersburg. And now this woman is secluded with Deniska, and they begin to make love right in the bathhouse. Later it turned out that the couple have long been lovers. It is worth noting that the prosecutor's office on all courts demanded for Deniski, on whose account dozens of human lives, requested conditional terms. This did not happen right away. At the first trial in 2005, the state prosecutor asked Dolgushin for 15 years in prison. The hearing was urgently adjourned. Vladislav Piotrovsky personally went to Moscow, to the Prosecutor General. After that, the hearings resumed, but the prosecutor’s office already requested eight years for the “killer” “conditionally”. After that, Dolgushin was given only conditional terms for a long time.

Meanwhile, Makovoz himself, having fallen under the protection of the FSB, also started talking. He gave information about the murders to which Kumarin was related, and also spoke about his relationship with Vladislav Piotrovsky. They met, back in the 90s, when Makovoz controlled one of the private security companies in St. Petersburg, and Piotrovsky was the head of the criminal police. As a result, Piotrovsky invited Makovoz to collaborate, both with him and with another prominent character of “gangster Petersburg”, the former chief of security of the mayor of the city, Anatoly Sobchak, Roman Tsepov.

However, there were some “punctures”. In exchange for testimony, the locomotive sometimes asked him to get out of town: to go, accompanied by FSB officers, to a restaurant, to the girls. Usually it was arranged like this: the investigator gave permission to transport Makavoz from the pre-trial detention center to the hospital for examination, but in reality he was sent to have fun under guard. All these “sorties” were carried out in conditions of increased conspiracy. But several of these trips were spotted by the "outdoor" of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of St. Petersburg, which transmitted information to the media a big scandal arose.

There are no clear winners in the battle for Makavoz. On the one hand, the “authority” managed to “cut off” the Tambov murders. On the other hand, most of the information received from Makavoz, in particular regarding the Piotrovsky move, was not given. In June 2009, a court sentenced Makavoz for contract killings to 23 years in a strict regime colony, and his former killer Dolgushin received only five years and three months in prison.
