In the gang of killers of Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako), the co-owner of one of the private security companies, the chairman of the bank Kutuzovsky, Oleg Novoselsky, who was closely associated with representatives of the FSB of the Russian Federation, was responsible for organizing surveillance and wiretapping. And in the Dzhako gang, most of the participants believed that Novoselsky himself was an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation, since he actually conducted operational activities. Novoselsky's role in the murder of the owner of Sodbiznesbank Alexander Slesarev is great. It was Novoselsky who figured out that Slesarev and his family were going to the monastery in October 2005 and passed the information to Berkovich. On the way, the banker, his wife and 15-year-old daughter Elizavte were shot by Gagiev's killers. Gagiev was very much afraid that Slesarev's relatives might know something, so Novoselsky continued to listen to them. In particular, according to the testimony of witnesses, he brought a recording in which relatives discussing the burial of Elizaveta Slesareva in a regular or wedding dress. Novoselsky not much outlived the Slesarevs. Soon Gagiev began to "cover up" his tracks. On December 30, 2005, Gagiev invited Novoselsky to a meeting at the FLC office. There he was handcuffed and interrogated for a long time. Then Novoselsky was killed, and the body was filled with cement in a barrel, which was thrown into the river. The car of the “employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation” was cut into small parts with a grinder and scattered across the Moscow region.

In the testimony of one of Dzhako's killers, Alexander Staikhevich, the murder of Oleg Novoselsky is described in detail.

Олег Новосельский

“At the end of December 2005, just before the New Year 2006, Yashkin EI called him from his secret phone to his secret phone. and said that Gagiev A.M. ordered all the guys from their "Family" to get together at the office of the "Financial and Leasing Company" located on the street. Mokarenko in Moscow (hereinafter “FLC”). Within about one and a half or two hours, he arrived at the FLC office in his Toyota Land Cruise-100, state registration plate T 239 UA 97 RUS. When he entered the office of "FLC", in the foyer there were: Beglaryan S.L., Gagiev A.M. and Omarov A.S. He greeted them. A few minutes later, Gagiev A.M. I called the FSB officer who had previously given him audio cassettes with a recording of wiretapping. By phone A.M. Gagiev told that FSB officer to drive up to the FLC office for fireworks for the New Year. In general, he invited the latter to the FLC office to come for fireworks. Having talked on the phone, A.M. Gagiev, addressing him, said that when the FSB officer (hereinafter the FSB officer) arrives, from whom he took the cassettes; it is necessary to start it, and immediately close the door behind it with a key, and then lead it into the dining room through the foyer, as the entrance to the basement leads. Having conveyed the instructions to him, Gagiev A.M., Beglaryan S.L. and Omarov A.S. went down to the basement, where there was a small pool, a sauna and a billiard table. He stood at the entrance to the office of "FLC", as ordered by AM Gagiev. Approximately 30-40 minutes later, an FSB officer drove up in his Range Rover Sport car, state registration number 888 (he does not remember the letters), leaving the indicated car in the FLK car park. He opened the door to the FLC office for the FSB officer, let the latter inside, then closed the door with a key, as ordered by A.M. Gagiev. and escorted him to the dining room. In the canteen, the FSB officer was met by A.M. Gagiev. and someone else from the “Family”, who exactly, he does not remember exactly. Then Gagiev A.M., an FSB officer and some members of the "Family" went to the basement, where there was a swimming pool, a sauna and a billiard table. And he went to the duty room, located on the right side of the "FLC" entrance, where he stayed for about 10-15 minutes, then went down to the basement. At the time when he went down to the basement there were the following members of their "Family": Gagiev A.M., Beglaryan S.L., Omarov A.S., Dzhioev G.R., Dzhioev A.B., Nikolaev M.K., Yashkin E.I., Gutiev U.Kh., Yurtov R.V., Alymov O.N. and about three more people. Gagiev A.M. and the FSB officer sat on chairs opposite each other, in a nook between the pool and sauna. The FSB officer was handcuffed to the battery, or he was handcuffed at the back. Gagiev A.M. presented some claims to the FSB officer, which ones he does not remember. After a while Nikolaev M.K. and, in his opinion, Dzhioev A.B. left the basement, returned after about 10-15 minutes, bringing from the Range Rover Sport car several packages, expensive watches, like Patek Philippe, belonging to an FSB officer. At this time, AG Berkovich, who had the nickname "Mao", who was with AM Gagiev, entered the basement. on good friendships, was associated with the banking sector, and had some common business with the latter. Entering the basement, A.G. Berkovich greeted all those present, then went up to the FSB officer, who was sitting in handcuffs opposite A.M. Gagiev, patted the FSB officer on the shoulder and, as it were, mocking or ironically, saying l to the latter: "How are you?", as if asking with a mockery of how he was doing. He found the question ridiculous. In total, he stayed in the basement for about 20-30 minutes, watched as Omarov A.S., Beglaryan S.L. and Dzhioev G.R. played billiards, then went upstairs in the foyer. It took about an hour or a little more from the basement came Gagiev A.M. told him he could get dressed and leave. He began to dress, the time was about 24 hours or the beginning of the first night, he cannot say for sure. At this time, either Nikolayev M.K., or Yashkin E.I. came out of the basement. and a few more people from their "Family". At the same time, one of them, and, possibly, even Gagiev A.M. already on the porch, "FLC" uttered the phrase: "There may be a beacon on the car." Nikolaev M.K. or Yashkin E.I. and left, as he later learned, to the territory of the base located on the street. Boat in Moscow. After standing for some time on the porch with A.M. Gagiev and with someone else from the "Family", he went to his car, which was on the street. Makarenko, in front of Chaplygin street, not far from the "FLC" building. At that moment, when he got into his car and began to leave to go home, he saw that a black Toyota Land Cruiser had left from the FLC office and headed towards Chistye Prudy, that is, to the left of the office. FLC ". At that time this car was used by M.K. Nikolaev, sometimes S.L. Beglaryan drove it. After a while, another car drove away from the FLC office, which was used by one of the members of their "Family". From which he understood that they had gone to kill an FSB officer. He does not know who exactly from the members of their "Family" drove away from the "FLC" office. After about a day or two, he was at the base, in the F-1 cafe. At the direction of S.L. Beglaryan members of their "Family" sawed up the car of an FSB officer with a "grinder". They sawed up a car: he, Dzhioev G.R., Nikolaev M.K., Yashkin E.I., Alymov O.N., Dzhioev A.B. After that, all those present loaded the sawn parts of the car into a Ford minibus, having previously disassembled the seats in the Range Rover Sport car. Also, when sawing and loading the car, the FSB officer was present Gagiev A.M. and S.L. Beglaryan, however, the latter did not saw the car and the sawn parts were not loaded into the Ford minibus. The sawn car of the FSB officer was taken out in a Ford minibus Yashkin E.I. and Nikolaev M.K., where exactly, he does not know. Several months have passed, it was already, spring 2006. He was at the base located on the street. Boat in Moscow, where he came to wash the car and eat in a cafe. At the time of his arrival at the base there were the following members of their "Family": Beglaryan S.L., Nikolaev M.K., Dzhioev G.R., Yashkin E.I. and someone else. In cafe "F-1" Beglaryan S.L. told them, the persons listed above, that it was necessary to go to the Moscow region to his dacha, pick up the heavy and throw it away. They left in a foreign minibus for the Moscow region along Dmitrovskoe highway to one of the settlements located on the left side of Moscow. Yashkin E.I. was driving the car. We arrived at the dacha, on the way, at the suggestion of S.L. Beglaryan, took a drink and a snack. At the dacha, at the direction of S.L. Beglaryan, a 200 liter metal barrel was loaded into a minibus. On arrival, the barrel was wrapped and covered with polyethylene. The barrel itself was closed with a metal ring. From Beglaryan S.L. he learned that the body of an FSB officer was in the barrel. After loading the barrel into a minibus, they took it out and threw it into the Moscow Canal, located in the Dmitrovskoye Highway of the Moscow Region. On the other side of the canal there was some kind of business or a boat station. "
