As it became known to Rucriminal.com, the bankrupt millionaire Alexei Khotin, whose bank "Yugra" owes depositors 180 billion rubles, in a hurry to leave Russia. It happened at the end of last week. Khotin flew in a private plane and returned to his temporary homeland (he spent most of his life in Belarus) is not going to. Russia needed Khotin just to pump his own "pockets" with gigantic sums. So all the statements and demands of Elvira Nabiullina, the head of the Central Bank of Russia, about the need to legislatively restrict the departure of managers and owners of banks with signs of withdrawal of assets, were too late. But, as Rucriminal.com believes, it is not too late to commit other actions to prevent Hotin from selling all his Russian assets and sending the proceeds abroad. To do this, we urgently need to seize the shopping centers, oil companies, etc., recorded by Sergei Podlisetskogo. This is the adjutant of Khotin, to whom the millionaire wrote down assets, in case of interest to him by law enforcement.

Swiss citizen Alexey Hotin

As already reported Rucriminal.com, the empire of the former millionaire, and now the bankrupt Alexei Khotin collapsed. In his bank "Yugra" was introduced by the administration in the face of the Agency for Deposit Insurance (DIA). Also, a moratorium on settlements with creditors was introduced, and the powers of the management and the main owner of Alexei Khotin were terminated. The Bank of Russia said that it will conduct a survey of the financial condition of the bank, but now it is clear to the Central Bank that most of the assets from the bank were withdrawn. The Central Bank sent a relevant appeal to law enforcement agencies. Khotin rushed to the former patrons, but they were shy from him turned away. Communicate with a man who threw ordinary citizens who invested 180 billion rubles in Ugra under the promised high interest, no one wants. Then, Alexei jumped into his beloved "Bombardier" and left Moscow in a hurry. He can hover abroad abroad before the end of his days. Khotin built an entire empire of offshore firms, to which tens of millions of dollars were deduced. Responsible for the activities of this empire Peter Brazhnikov - the founder of the law firm Brazhnikov & Partners Ltd (Cyprus) and his co-worker Maria Clerides. Rucriminal.com advises law enforcement agencies to question subordinates Khotina Natalia Rakhova and Vladimir Konstantinov, who in Russia helped the boss build an off-shore paradise and know where Alexey hid the money.

This is also not a big secret for Rucriminal.com. Khotin has long been chosen as a place to live (for him Russia was only a platform for "zashibaniya money") Switzerland. Sometimes he spent two months in this country for a year. In Swiss Zarnen, Radamant Financial AG was registered, through which Khotin owned Yugra. In this country, he bought real estate and applied for citizenship.

Hotina-no, but Podlisetskiy stayed

Moreover, Khotin hopes that the Russian treasury will assume the entire burden of responsibility for the money deposited by Ugra investors. He hopes that even Russian assets will be preserved. For this, he prudently recorded them on his manager Sergei Podlisetskogo. And he urgently sells these assets to send funds to the boss abroad.

So, the famous Moscow shopping complex "Gorbushkin Dvor", the former headquarters of Khotin, changed the owner - Sergei Podlysetsky sold it to the owner of the holding "Pharmstandard" Viktor Kharitonin. Podlysetsky is also the head of the oil company "Rus Oil", although according to Rucriminal.com, he is a nominal and not dependent figure. Such a modern "zits-chairman Fuchs." Although Zits-chairman Podlysetsky acted as the salesman of Gorbushka, Alexei and Yury Hotiny, father and son, are considered to be the real owners of Gorbushkin's Court. Under their control, this shopping complex was in 2011, when the company Integrated Investments bought out Gorbushkin Dvor and the nearby shopping center Filion from MTZ Rubin.

The hots moved to Moscow in the late 1990s, when people from Belarusian authorities began to quietly move there, saving their money from Batka. Including former manager of the affairs of the President of the Republic Ivan Titenkov. Naturally, the Belarusian officials had good relations with Russian state structures, which helped develop business in Russia. Most likely, the Hotins built their business on the money that they managed to get out of Belarus. Proof of the Belarusian source of funds Khotin is the fact that the general director of their oil company "Dulisma" was appointed by someone Lahvinets - the same friend of Ivan Titenkov, the owner of Konto Holdings, for whom a criminal case has been opened in Belarus. Because of this, they both left for Russia, where they created several companies for Belarusian money of clearly criminal origin.

Khotin and Podlisetskogo associate a long-standing partnership: in 1997 Podlysetsky became the managing factory for the production of cosmetics owned by Khotin. He held the post of general director at the Moscow soap factory, which Khotiny seized as a result of the raider operation. In the business community of Sergei Podlysetsky openly consider the capital "purse" of Belarusian businessmen. He himself claims that he made his fortune on commercial real estate, but it is well known that the father and son of Hotina constantly provided money for buying up assets. They allegedly "loaned" Podlysetsky to buy "Gorbushka", whose value at that time was about 400 million dollars. Now the zits director for some reason sold the shopping center - an extremely liquid asset, which almost never had financial problems and problems with renting out premises, even during the crisis the shopping center worked without any major shocks. According to some sources, the transaction amount can be about 500 million dollars.

In fact, Mr. Podlysetsky is just a nominal owner of his "own" assets, all his "business activities" are clearly correlated with the interests and affairs of Khotyns, who do not own much directly. Tricky Belarusians are among the most non-public businessmen and successfully hide even from camera journalists. As repeatedly told Rucriminal.com, their business is based on the takeover and raider seizures of Moscow factories and plants, which then turn into trading and business centers. These assets are managed by the firm "Cube", "Art-vising", "Center-T", New life group and others, usually run by Sergei Podlysetsky. In the same way, he became the head of the oil company "Rus Oil", the money for the purchase of which was given by all the same Khotiny.

Now the "successful businessman" Sergei Podlisetsky is forced to sell his "assets" urgently, which, in fact, belong not to him, but to the family of Khotin. Zits chairman Podlysetsky is just one of the shadow managers, with dozens of companies registered to save the business empire of the Khotin family after the collapse of Yugra Bank. This connection is obvious even without bank documents, from which it follows that all the oil companies of Podlisetskiy (Rus Oil, NK Dulisma, Exillon Energy) were fueled by money withdrawn from Ugra under the guise of loans. Now the fate of this "lime" businessman completely depends on the decision of the Central Bank and law enforcement agencies in relation to "Ugra".
