And not from anyone, but from the convicted fraudster and sponsor of the opposition, Dmitry Skarga. Given that they are from the same industry and that Skarga lives in London, and the fact of Orlov’s residency in the United Kingdom was established by the High Court, there is no doubt that they still communicate. The only problem is that Orlov calls himself a patriot, and Skarga is a prominent figure in the emigre party who regularly unfastens significant funds to finance the opposition
