Knowing that earlier Ragib's brother had committed a contract killing of a member of their group, the Mammadovs abducted him from their home and brought him to the Old City restaurant they own. There, an action so reminiscent of a medieval execution took place. With a huge crowd of fellow countrymen, the unfortunate man was beaten and raped, after which he was executed, with the words that “the killer killed our brother, and now we killed his brother,” after which the corpse was taken out in the trunk of a car and buried in the Leningrad region.
