The largest gathering of thieves in law in recent years ended in complete failure. It was organized by the influential thief in law Tariel Oniani (Taro), who was released from a Spanish prison in October last year. At the meeting, they were supposed to make a decision that all the thieves in law who were in conflict forgive each other without apologies and showdown, the so-called “general expense”. The main goal of the event was to neutralize the old “message” about Oniani himself, where 30 extremely influential “criminal generals” recognized him as not a “thief in law”. This gave him the opportunity to fulfill his old dream - to ascend the throne of "thief in law No. 1". Sources say that in Moscow everything is ready for the return of the Taro. However, the main opponent of Taro, Lasha Shushanashvili (Lasha Rustavsky), unexpectedly for everyone, did not refuse his signature under the letter about the dethronement of Taro. And without the consent of Lasha, the whole event became simply meaningless. Thus, a blow was dealt not only to Taro, but also to the influential thief in law Badri Koguashvili, who, in fact, was the person who drew the scheme of the “general expense”. Badri Koguashvili (Badri) is now, in fact, acting thief in law No. 1 while Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro Molodoy) is serving a long term. Badri likes to position himself as some kind of influential "gray eminence" who, with one word, can stop the most fierce "thieves' war." He has historically had a very good relationship with Tariel Oniani (Taro). Therefore, when he was released, they immediately began negotiations on joint actions. Badri would be quite happy if Taro became "thief in law No. 1", and he would remain next to him as a "grey eminence". However, for this it was necessary to resolve the issue with the old message about the opening of the Tarot, which was organized by Ded Hasan. It was signed by more than 30 crime bosses. Otherwise, Oniani could not be considered a full-fledged "lawyer". Rucriminal.info is known, as a minimum, about Badri's three flights to Dubai for lengthy negotiations with Taro. As a result, the parties decided so. Koguashvili takes on all the issues of approving the "common expense" with Shakro. In addition, Merab has long been pursuing a policy that everyone who signed the message about the decrowning of Taro should apologize and repent, or die (it is he who is suspected of organizing the elimination of Ded Khasan and Yaponchik). As a result, Badri convinced Shakro that this step was right, and Kalashov's message appeared about the need for all thieves in law to remove their claims to each other without apology.
In turn, Taro convinced Merab of the need for such a step.
And now, Badri was already celebrating the formation of himself as a "great peacemaker." Taro almost sat on the throne of "thief in law No. 1".
It only remained to fix the "general expense" at the meeting, which Taro and Merab organized on March 9 in Istanbul. Everything went according to plan, until the crime boss Tamaz Gogoladze (Chermen) inquired about the opinion of Lasha Rustavsky about the “total expense”. It was the personal conflict between Taro and Lasha that grew into the longest and bloodiest war of thieves. Ded Hassan and his gigantic clan took Lasha's side. Taro supported Merab and other "lawyers". Oniani threw out that, they say, Shakro settled all issues with Lasha. But Chermen logically noted that Shushanashvili was not a "bag of potatoes" to decide everything for him and offered to personally dial Lasha, who is in prison. Smoothly bringing Tariel to his main idea, Chermen asked him how the meeting with Alfason and Melia went. Tariel, like Maka from the movie "Revolver", smugly told how his big heart, to match his head, generously forgave those who begged for forgiveness from the threshold.

Naive as a child who believes in Santa Claus, Tariel replied that Shakro assured him that he would "take Lasha on himself." Sincerely surprised by this answer, Chermen said that "Lasha is a thief, not a bag of potatoes to take on himself."
The apogee of, perhaps, the main performance in the life of Chermen, immediately became his urgent call to Lasha. Lasha, in all likelihood, who was waiting for this call, publicly stated that he remained with his opinion regarding Tariel and those who apologized to him.
Lasha's tirade, which had not made itself felt for many years, had the effect of an exploding bomb, negating any efforts towards the general expenditure. At the same time, everyone thought that Merab would show obstinacy, and not Lasha, but it turned out exactly the opposite. At the meeting, Tariel and Merab renounced their claims to the “correspondence students” and did not take care that the “correspondence students” refused their claims to them. Lasha, even if he remained in the minority, with one of his calls brought down the reinforced concrete structure that Taro and Merab had been erecting against him all these years.
As a result, Tariel, who, as he says, "is always in a good mood", flew back to Dubai on the verge of a nervous breakdown. In a private conversation, he later admitted that he could hardly restrain himself at that moment not to raise his hand against Chermen, who, in addition to everything, ridiculed the paper on the total expense and its author, declaring the complete absurdity of such a formulation of the question.
