As it became known to Rucriminal.info, Ansystems, an IT company from Skolkovo, co-founded by Marat Safin (son of oligarch Ralif Safin, 192nd on the Forbes list), has not paid salaries to its employees for more than six months
Ansystems is an accredited IT company and develops software for the Ministry of Defense, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Moscow Government and other government agencies. One of its co-founders is Ruslan Safin, the son of the oligarch Ralif Safin. Ralif Rafilovich ranks 192 on the Forbes list. His fortune is estimated at $ 500 million. At the same time, the company has not paid wages for more than six months. The victims have already taken legal steps and appealed to the prosecutor's office, the investigative committee and the court.
Unfortunately, due to the moratorium on inspections, the prosecutor's office did not take any action and responded with a standard reply for such situations.
The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against the General Director of Ansystems under Art. 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
In addition, the case is currently pending before the court. Other employees of Ansystems also filed lawsuits. There are already more than 30 lawsuits in total. You can see them on the website of the Moscow City Court.
“Management regularly promises to pay the debt, but always finds excuses not to do it. This situation raises serious questions about the financial stability and reliability of this organization, especially considering that government contracts are paid, including from the taxes of citizens of the Russian Federation.
