Thousands of military personnel have become victims of the actions of law enforcement agencies - and they demand that Kolokoltsev and Co. be brought to justice.
False law enforcement officers are trying to steal military money
The Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg (judge Ekaterina Bogdanova) is now considering the so-called criminal case “Life-of-Good” - “Hermes” - “Best Way”, within the framework of this case, the accounts of the Best Way cooperative have been almost continuously arrested for two years, on which about 4 billion rubles. In the criminal case, we are talking primarily about the obligations of the foreign investment company Hermes to more than 200 clients of this company.
The investigation of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the prosecutor's office of the city on the Neva declared the cooperative, Hermes and Life-from-Good to be part of a single holding company that never existed in nature. The cooperative was declared a civil defendant in a criminal case.
The total amount of the victims' claims, according to the indictment, is 282 million rubles - even their (illegal) seizure to pay off debts to Hermes clients would not have affected either the operational activities or the liquidity of the cooperative. But time after time, absolutely all the funds in the accounts are seized, which completely blocks both the purchase of apartments by the cooperative and the return of money to shareholders who have expressed a desire to withdraw their share contributions.
The real estate claimed by the shareholders is depreciating, the money is depreciating - and this chaos has been going on for more than two years at the request of the Main Investigative Directorate of the St. Petersburg Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor's Office of St. Petersburg.
Someone influential is trying to lay his paw on the cooperative 4 billion - although this is the money of the shareholders: individuals, ordinary citizens of Russia, and at least law enforcement officers are accomplices in the robbery.
Kolokoltsev provokes a new “March of Justice”
The cooperative was initially created by military personnel - one of its tasks in 2014 was to solve the housing problem of military personnel being transferred to the reserve; this task continued in subsequent years. Of its almost 20 thousand shareholders, there are thousands of military personnel from all over Russia. A significant part of them are members of the SVO.

“I bought an apartment with the help of a cooperative, paid for it with the cooperative by taking out a loan,” says shareholder K., holder of the Order of Suvorov. – But since the cooperative’s real estate was seized last fall, Rosreestr has not yet lifted the arrest from my apartment, since I do not have the physical opportunity to immerse myself in litigation with him for a month or more, in going to court, and my wife is sitting with a small child child. I planned to sell the apartment to buy a larger apartment. Due to the actions of fake law enforcement officers, I am forced to pay the loan and cannot sell the apartment. When I return, I will present the damage to the St. Petersburg investigators, at whose request the cooperative’s property was arrested (the court sorted it out and lifted the arrest)!”
“I’m very pleased with the cooperative,” says shareholder S., political officer of one of the divisions. – This is buying an apartment in installments; the overpayment for the apartment is minimal, simply incomparable with a mortgage. The cooperative inspired complete trust, including because officers were and are at the helm. He helped thousands of people - thousands of military personnel - to deprive them of their housing problems. Banking oligarchs are behind the attempts to destroy it, so that there is no alternative to taking a mortgage from them for one apartment and paying for two or three, as well as dishonest law enforcement officers. Such actions can provoke a new “March of Justice”, only now not to Moscow, but to St. Petersburg!”
Hundreds of families of military personnel, including members of the SVO, became victims of the actions of law enforcement agencies.
