rucriminal.info continues to publish an investigation of the sponsor Ksenia Sobchak, the former president of Rosenergomash, head of Legacy Capital Vladimir Palihata. In the last article, we described how Palihaata, 20 years ago, was engaged in counterfeiting coffee and even received a term for the last crime. In the new publication, we will tell how the "door" to the world of big money Palihate was opened by banker Alexander Slesarev and ex-head of the ROC Leonid Tyagachev.

In 2002, the most significant event occurred in the life of Palihata. Alexander Slesarev offered to cooperate with him.

Alexander Slesarev biography is no less interesting than that of Palihata. In the 80s he worked as a taxi driver, then he began to trade in flowers. As a result, he created his own firm, which was engaged in resale of imported consumer goods. This structure was working under the "roof" of the Tagan group. In the mid-1990s, this OCG needed its own bank, as a result of which Slesarev purchased KB CreditTrust. As a result, CreditTrust became a real "black hole" in the Russian banking system through which hundreds of millions of dollars and rubles were cashed, laundered and exported. The services of the "child" of Slesarev began to be used by large companies, financial structures, he became friends with the leadership of Alfa Bank, Leonid Tyagachev - the head of the Olympic Committee, with Roman Tsepov - the former head of security service of the mayor of St. Petersburg, Anatoly Sobchak, etc.

In 2002, Slesarev decided to buy himself another bank, Sodbiznesbank, which belonged to businessman Igor Zakharov, who also had connections in the power structures and among the representatives of the criminal world. The total amount of the transaction between Zakharov and Slesarev was about 300-400 million dollars. " However, later Slesarev found that Sodbiznesbank has a large number of outstanding debts, which the entrepreneur did not know about before buying. After that, Slesarev demanded that Zakharov return some of the money, but was refused. Then, in compensation, Slesarev wanted to receive a department store "Moscow", which belonged to Igor Zakharov. But this time he was refused, a protracted "war" began.

Slesarev remembered all his influential friends, primarily Tsepov and Tyagachev. The latter, in 2003, even headed the board of directors of CreditTrust. They provided support in the highest echelons of power. According to rucriminal.info, Vladimir Palihata was involved as power support. According to one version of the investigators, Palihata met Slesarev when he laundered money from the sale of counterfeit coffee through his bank.

As a result, Igor Zakharov was arrested on a far-fetched case, after which Palihaty's soldiers seized the building of the department store. Moreover, the raiders managed to get a shareholding of "Moscow" at their disposal. Then the shares were successfully sold to other owners, who continued the war for the department store. The proceeds were divided between Palihata, Tsepov and, as the operatives suggest, Tyagachev. But Slesarev did not get anything. The fact is that his banks started serious financial problems in 2003, Slesarev urgently began to withdraw assets there, including funds of very large and not advertised clients. In addition to the fact that they were all extremely dissatisfied with the banker, a part of the "cones" fell on Tyagachev. As a result, Slesarev fell into disgrace, and no one shares with the "won back" characters.

In 2004, the Central Bank revoked licenses from Credittrust and Sodbiznesbank, in fact withdrew the assets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, initiated proceedings. Slesarev went to the clandestine position, he did not react to the summons of the investigators, he was forced to hide from the bandits. According to rucriminal.info, part of the Tagan group's obshchanka has disappeared from the banks (about the role of this group in the fate of Slesarev, the department store "Moscow" and in the fate of Palihata our resource will tell separately). As often happens with people in a difficult situation, Slesarev became an extremely devout person. In October 2005, he went with his family to one church, and on the way back on the road Don car was shot by the killers. Slesarev, his wife and 15-year-old daughter were killed.

After the seizure of the department store "Moscow", Vladimir Palihaty's affairs only went "uphill."

Either in prison, or fitting on the head

In 2003-2004, together with his fighters, primarily Nesterenko's bodyguard, they seized the building of JSC NIIEMI in Moscow. Immediately, raider services were needed in St. Petersburg, where Palihata, at the request of Tsepov, participated in the seizure of several objects. In September 2004, Roman Tsepov was poisoned, but before his death he managed to acquaint Palihata with the leader of the Tambov group Vladimir Barsukov (Kumarin) and Sobchak's widow Lyudmila Narusova. Since the last Palihata is still in friendly relations.

According to rucriminal.info, as a result, the raider business was actually put on stream. Palikhata organized the seizures in Moscow of the Giprokhim building, the editorial office Novoye Vremya, the Central Bank Svyaz, Infico, Ulyanovsk, the Kontaktor plant, in St. Petersburg - NIPKP Terminal, and dozens of other facilities in Russia. Sometimes Palihata acted in his own interests, sometimes carried out seizures "on demand". Among his regular customers were the company Ananyev brothers "Promsvyaznedvizhimost" and businessman, owner of the network of beer "Circle" Eugene Antimonius.

All these raider attacks were accompanied by forgery of documents, bribery of judges and employees of tax inspections, "custom" criminal cases, and sometimes brutal beatings and even murders. According to rucriminal.info, when in November 2004 the Palihaat structures seized the "Contactor", the director of the plant Valentina Malafeeva, the Internal Affairs Directorate of the SAD, instigated an apparently contrived criminal case and was sent to the pre-trial detention center. The head of another defense enterprise, after the raid of Palihata, was advised to seek help from the bandits. As a result, he met some of Fryazin and Bagdasarov, who were members of one of the organized criminal groups. They promised that they would "beat off" the enterprises, but they asked to assign a small number of shares to them. The contract was drawn up by a lawyer Vyacheslav Bushuev, and the director did not particularly read it out. And soon this agreement, with the real signature of the owner, was only presented with a controlling stake in the court by Palihaat people who after that officially became the owners of the building. Bushuyev turned out to be one of the lawyers of Palihata. The deceived director rushed to law enforcement agencies, wrote a statement to Fryazin and Bagdasarov. According to rucriminal.info, shortly thereafter, "bandits" Fryazin and Bagdasarov were shot in different parts of Moscow. Owners of CDB "Svyaz" Alexei Dushutin and his wife, who desperately resisted the capture of Palihata, were beaten by unknown metal fittings. Armature on the head was received by one of the owners of "NIIEMI", cases of beatings were also during the capture of the department store "Moscow".
