The court, when imposing a punishment on the defendants, takes into account the circumstances mitigating the responsibility of committing a crime at a minor age.      

The court considers it possible in the election of punishment Nazarov apply Art. 44 of the criminal code of the RSFSR , Kaplin – article 43 of the criminal code of the RSFSR and go beyond the lower limit under Art. 117 part 1 of the criminal code…

Sentenced

Nazarov Andrey G. found guilty of committing crimes under article 206, part 1, article 117, part 1 of the RSFSR criminal code and to sentence...three years of imprisonment.
