The monopoly of the Year of Nisanov, established in the Moscow region, for the wholesale trade in fruits, vegetables and herbs, will be violated in the near future. The food city of the billionaire opens a dangerous competitor market at Domodedovo. Moreover, the latter structure has such owners that the gangsters and security forces controlled by Nisanov will no longer help.
As soon as the Year of Nisanov opened his Food City, he began to lure merchants using two methods. Firstly, the oligarch made extremely interesting prices. A truck check-in at Food City cost 15 tr, while a check-in at other wholesale markets was much more expensive. However, you cannot take merchants at prices alone. They all go under the mafia, from which you need to get good. Therefore, the second method of Nisanov was negotiations with representatives of the Azerbaijani criminal diaspora. According to Rucriminal.info, the billionaire agreed with thief in law Rovshan Dzhaniev (Rovshan Lenkoransky), his relative Zaur Akhmedov and their associate Maharram Hasanov. On their go-ahead, wholesalers left other markets and filled Food City, bringing Nisanov huge profits. Part of the profit went to Janiev and Co. However, then Nisanov and his partner Zarakh Iliev considered Rovshavn’s financial appetites to be overstated and decided to cut his share. A conflict arose between Nisanov, Iliev and the thief in law. Rovshan threatened Nisanova and Ilieva that he would overtake all wholesalers and traders to other markets. Immediately after that, a thief in law was shot dead in Istanbul. Telman Ismailov first announced that he had information about Nisanov’s involvement in the incident. But then, after he was visited by walkers from Nisanov, he refused his words. Nisanov, to fight off suspicions of eliminating Dzhaniev, left Maharram and Zaur at Food City.
But then everything fell into place. First, the security forces detained Maharram. And then Zaur turned out to be ousted from Food City. Soon after the full cleaning of Food City from the heirs of Rovshan, on the go-ahead of Nisanov and Iliev, the pay for each truck of wholesalers staying at Food City increased significantly and now reaches 100 tr. 80% of wholesalers, just traders and laborers dream of moving out of Food City. But, according to Rucriminal.info sources, Nisanov’s militants immediately disagree with undesirables under the leadership of “authority” Khoja Jabbor. Yes, and merchants especially nowhere to go. With the help of security forces, Nisanov mercilessly eliminated competing markets over the years.
But now this happy life has come to an end. All permits the other day received a new wholesale market - in Domodedovo. And this competitor to Nisanov is clearly too tough. And along the mafia line, the market is organized by the only thief in law Akhmed Dombaev (Akhmed Shalinsky) who has been released. With such cover, Food City and Nisanova are not shining anything good.
As Rucriminal.info already said, the markets of Nisanov and Iliev - “Sadovod”, the shopping center “Moscow”, Food City - have long turned into a washing machine. One of the major "mechanisms" of this washing machine is Anad A. Shadlinsky. This is a shadow banker who once “lit up” on the post of the Board of PJSC CB “TEST”. Now under his control is the “New Moscow Bank” (NMB), which he made the main one in the “laundry” named after God Nisanov. The largest offices of NMB are located directly in the shopping center "European" and in the "Food City". In particular, the office in the Evropeisky shopping center actually serves as a cash dispensing center in the laundry room; daily there are simply fabulous amounts issued to customers. Not surprisingly, in January 2018, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation brought to administrative responsibility the head of the New Moscow Bank. He was blamed for the failure to comply with the legislation regarding the failure to provide information on transactions that are suspected of being carried out with the aim of legalizing (laundering) of proceeds of crime.
However, there were no further consequences for the bank. And Nisanov’s connections and money are enough to prevent the National Security Bureau from then on at all.
The same Shadlinsky Anar Azerovich is responsible in the laundry room for operations with bitcoins. According to sources of Rucriminal.info, with their help, up to $ 30 million is withdrawn from Russia only Nisanov’s personal funds.
In turn, the chief of Shadlinsky is a person close to Nisanov, named Arthur. And the most important chief of the "laundry" is the personal treasurer of Nisanov Gena, whose headquarters are in the Radisson-Slavyanskaya Hotel.
