Rucriminal.info has learned who can stand behind the conflict of “thieves in law” arranged by the Kazakh “authority” of Wild Arman (Arman Dzhumageldiev). He beat the thief in law Guram Chikhladze (Kvezhoevich) in the palace of the criminal general Nadir Salifov (Lotu Guli), who was immediately interceded by Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro Molodoy). Sources say that behind the back of Arman you can see the Kazakh oligarch Kenes Rakishev, who has been fighting the Shakro for three years now.
Arman Dzhumageldiev has been combining a criminal career with a political one for 15 years. Back in 2005, he and his militants burst into Shymkent at the Sayakhat Hotel during the constituent conference of the opposition movement For Fair Kazakhstan. The bandits beat its participants. For the sake of appearances, Wild Arman was put on trial, but before it began, Dzhumageldiev wrote a soulful letter to the daughter of the president Dariga Nazarbayeva. Here are extracts from it: “I learned that you have created an alliance in support of the President. I also want your father to rule for a long time. Current order will be ... I think that they want to condemn me unfairly. But I suffered for our country. I wanted to support the President ... I still think that we must use force to fight enemies. It always has been. It will be so. ” The verdict shows that the authorities liked the action and heard Arman. Dzhumageldiev was found guilty under three articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan: hooliganism, causing bodily harm of moderate gravity and carrying firearms. He was sentenced to three years in prison, but the court found it appropriate to apply Art. 63 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Conditional conviction", as a result of which Dzhumageldiev received a suspended sentence.
Sources of Rucriminal.info that the idea of fighting the opposition with the help of the mafia was extremely popular with the authorities of Kazakhstan. And later, Kenes Rakishev, financier of the Nazarbayev clan, a close friend of the son-in-law of President Timur Kulibayev, was assigned to him as a curator. Rakishev has always been partial to communication with representatives of the criminal world. So, in 2016, the largest event in the history of Kyrgyzstan, the Second World Nomad Games, was held in the Issyk-Kul region. They Rakishev nice talked with the brother of the thief in law Rustam Gabbazov Anwar.
In Moscow, it was also sometimes fashionable for Rakishchev to see representatives of the mafia in society. “He likes such acquaintances, he always aspired to them,” a source told Rucriminal.info.
As a result, a peculiar personal “brotherly circle” began to form around Rakishev, in which the Wild Arman stood out. And in 2015, Kenes decided to challenge the very “thief in law No. 1” Zakhar Kalashov.
Rakishev has a business partner - Iskander Makhmudova (linked through Singulariteam). It was Makhmudov who once introduced Kenes to a lawyer Eduard Budantsev. Kenes’s lover began to build Elements restaurant in Moscow with his money. The interiors were done by designer Zhanna Misikova. Jeanne Kim did not like the quality of work, she did not pay. Misikova complained civilly to her friend Shakro Molodoy's wife. The thief in law sent Andrei Kochuykov (Italian) to “disassemble” the authority.
Claude on Rakishev’s girlfriend Jeanne Kim was “run over” by the authority of Andrei Kochuykov (Italian), she rushed to Kenes for help. Rakishe quickly found out that Shakro Molodoy was opposing him and sent Budantsev, who had excellent connections to the FSB of the Russian Federation, to “disassemble”. It ended with a massacre between the people of Budantsev and the Italians at the Edements restaurant and the subsequent arrest of Kochuykov and Kalashov. Therefore, Rakishev in the behind-the-scenes “war” found themselves on the other side of the barricades with the “thief in law” Zakhar Kalashov and employees of the Investigative Committee. And he made every effort and means to “sink” opponents.
Sources of Rucriminal.info say that with the landing of Shakro, the war did not end. Rakishev personally discussed resentment against Kalashov with Wild Arman, who, in turn, maintained close relations with Nadir Salifov. Logu Ghuli and Shakro were, to put it mildly, not in the best relations. And then a very cunning combination was played. Guli summoned the thief in law Guram Chikhladze to his Turkish estate, whom Shakro had taken care of since his youth. Salifov began making rude claims to Kvezhoevich, and when he left the building he was beaten by Dzhumageldiev, for whose actions he saw Rakishev’s “trace”. As a result, a conflict began between Salifov and Kalashov, in which so far the superiority of forces is on the side of Guli. Satisfied Rakishev rubs his hands.
