The criminal case against the current Chief of the Department of the Federal Security Service By Cyril Cherkalin and its former senior Dmitry Frolov colleagues found that among counterintelligence too short billionaires. During the search found Cherkalin 800 million rubles., $ 72 million and 8 million euros (6.3 billion rubles), at least appeared at Frolov. As the FSB employees become billionaires? This new investigation in Rucriminal.info.

At the time, Dmitry Frolov oversaw the Office of the Federal Security Service to the banking business, and when he retired, then continued this work of his pupil Cyril Cherkalin. Moreover, in their bunch Frolov, who has a lot of connections, continued to remain the main one. Many Russian banks preferred to have exactly this “roof”, which could help immediately along the lines of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the DIA. A group of banks has come under custody Frolov and Cherkalin through their trustee Valentine Gonastareva.

In the 90 years Gonastarev worked in the law enforcement agencies of St. Petersburg, and assisted by its line number starting small traders, in particular Boris Rotenberg. I walked with them, as with beginning the St. Petersburg officials, other security forces in the bath. Then these "small businessmen" have become billionaires, officials moved to Moscow, there is moved and security forces who have received important positions. So, Viktor Voronin became the chief of the Office of K, followed Gonastarev also moved to Moscow, where he got acquainted with a large group of FSB officers, including Frolova. After that, the well-being of Gonastarev began to grow sharply.

We will only talk about a small segment of his activity, during which he received over 2 billion rubles from banks and businessmen for himself and friends from the FSB of the Russian Federation. Forever under the yoke of the problems were the owners of Promsvyazbank brothers Dmitry and Alexey Ananiev. Both personally communicated with Gonastarev and Frolov. They "roof" FSB cost of 1 billion rubles. The owner of the “BFG-Credit” bank, film producer Yuri Glotser, always had problems with law enforcement agencies, since the 90s. He counterintelligence protection has risen to 300 million rubles.

The owner of Fondservisbank (FSB), Alexander Volovnik, tried to appear all his life as who he had never been. Volovolnik was ready to pay fabulous money for all sorts of beautiful “crusts”, license plate numbers, etc. With all this paraphernalia, as well as the abbreviated name of his bank, Volovnik showed his closeness to the FSB of the Russian Federation in every possible way. However, sources Rucriminal.info say that all this is nothing more than a legend, invented Volovnik. In reality, Alexander did not have any permanent “roof” of the FSB of the Russian Federation. This continued until 2013, until fate brought Volovnik to Valentin Gonastarev.

Gonastarev promised that he would realize all Alexander’s dreams: he will finally have a mega-roof of the FSB of the Russian Federation. Then we began already familiar meeting in the hotel "Savoy", where Gonastarev Volovnik strongly demonstrated the power of his friends, and made it clear that he is ready to share it. Conditions were also voiced - $ 1 million in cash for acquaintance with the "omnipotent roof." This, so to speak, is for general patronage. Volovolnik agreed. Moreover, he did it with joy, expecting his dream to come true. And indeed, shortly Gonastarev in the "Savoy" introduced Volovnik with Voronin and Dmitri Frolov. He promised that from now on it is his "roof". In total, the "roof" cost Volovnik also 1 billion rubles. Much of the money was paid in cash. But in part, relations with banks were even formalized. For this, long-term loan agreements were concluded with Gonastarev. Upon their expiration, everything should have been written off, provided that the roof fulfills its obligations. However, much has changed since then.

Frolov and Cherkalin are sitting on charges of fraud. Gonastareva now on trial for organizing provocations on TOAZ. The Ananievs fled the country, their bank passed to the state. Volovnik is under house arrest on charges of embezzlement and organizing a criminal community. Fondservisbank was renamed to Roskosmosbank JSC, 100% of its shares are owned by Roskomos Group of Companies, headed by Dmitry Rogozin.

A Gonastareva loans were "hanging" on the banks. As a result, Roskosmosbank and PSB filed lawsuits in the Court of Arbitration Sanekt Petersburg Bankruptcy Gonastareva.
