Rucriminal.info continues to publish materials from the case against the gang of Konstantin Piskarev (Kostya Bolshoi) and his militants, who have committed more than 25 contract killings. Our articles contain the testimony of the accused in the case, including the killers, so the reader can see through the eyes of the "main characters" of the gang. In this publication we will tell you how Piskarev, in the very center of Moscow, shot Roman Maslov, an officer of the Central Administrative District Department of Internal Affairs. He took money from him to solve problems, but did not fully fulfill the promise. Maslov did not return the amount. Piskarev was not embarrassed that he was an employee of the internal affairs bodies. He took the pistol, pulled the hood over his head and shot him. Here is the testimony of a member of the organized criminal group Zemtsov, who introduced Piskarev and Maslov. We will also give an eyewitness account of the murder.

The testimony of the accused Zemtsov, according to which he had known Maslov since about 2002, they periodically saw each other on holidays. In early spring 2007 Maslov said that he could provide assistance in VAT refund for a monetary reward, Zemtsov handed this proposal to Piskarev, which interested him. Piskarev developed and handed over to Maslov through Zemtsov a VAT refund scheme in the amount of 20 million rubles. Maslov said that for half of this amount he can solve this issue. After a while, at the request of Piskarev, Zemtsov again turned to Maslov with another proposal, it was necessary to influence the results of tax audits in relation to five of Piskarev's firms. Maslov agreed to this proposal, and Piskarev gave him 3 million rubles through Zemtsov. The transfer of money took place in a cafe next to the Novoslobodskaya station of the Moscow metro. Maslov fulfilled his promise only in relation to three firms, which caused displeasure on the part of Piskarev. In the fall of 2007 Maslov met with Piskarev in the presence of Zemtsov and the Yurov brothers (Dmitry and Nikolai) at the Olympic Plaza Hotel. Before the conversation, the Yurovs, at the direction of Piskarev, took Maslov to the toilet and searched there. Piskarev presented his claims to Maslov and demanded to return the money. In response, Maslov said that he could not return the money, since he gave it to the police officers who carried out the checks, but assured Piskarev that he could help in the VAT refund. After that, for a long time, Piskarev demanded that Zemtsov arrange a meeting with Maslov, but the latter avoided meetings, citing his busy schedule. When it became clear that Maslov had cheated with a VAT refund, Piskarev was very angry: he told Zemtsov that since Maslov was his friend, both had to give money. Piskarev told Zemtsov that he had sold the apartment in order to raise money for Maslov. Piskarev also asked Zemtsov for information about Maslov: personal data, names and numbers of cars. In the fall of 2008, Zemtsov received a phone call from S.Yu. Bezrukov. and offered to meet. At this moment Zemtsov was in a cafe in the same company with Maslov. When Bezrukov S.Yu. drove up and told Zemtsov that he needed information about the places where Maslov was. In response, Zemtsov told S.Yu. Bezrukov that Maslov was now resting with him in a cafe. In December 2008, Zemtsov, together with Mishin, flew to Ecuador to rest, where in January 2009 he learned by telephone about the murder of Maslov. Returning from Ecuador, Zemtsov met with Piskarev and told him that everyone who knew Maslov was summoned to the police. He also recounted the words of his wife that Maslov's mistress was at the scene of the murder. Piskarev said that he knew about this: when he shot at Maslov, she squealed.

Testimony of the witness N.V. Shamukov, according to which the witness worked as a driver and FSUE "Viam". On the day of the murder, 12/29/2008, at about 08:45 am, Shamukov parked in his official car "Audi A8" on Taganskaya Street behind a truck and waited for his daughter, with whom he had an agreement to meet. About 1 minute later after stopping, Shamukov heard pops, as from explosions of firecrackers, and saw a short young man, Maslov, run out from the side of the roadway. It seemed to Shamukov that he was shouting and laughing at the same time. At the same time, running along the truck, Maslov once bent down and looked under the bottom of the truck. At that moment, when Maslov was running up to the corner of the truck, on the other side of the truck, ahead of Maslov, a second man ran out, of medium height, of medium build, in a dark green or dark brown jacket with light stripes on the sleeves. When they met, the second man stretched out his hand with a pistol and shot Maslov three times. In turn, Maslov shouted, turned around and ran in the opposite direction. Shamukov got out of his car and saw that Maslov fell down next to the open door of his car. A man running after him ran up to Maslov and shot him in the back or head, after which he ran forward and turned to the right into the alley. After a while a girl ran up and started shouting “Roma! Roma! Call the police! ". Shamukov told her that he had already called the police. After that, Shamukov went about his business.
