The Donetsk region of Ukraine has its own "gray cardinal" - this is the former deputy chairman of the Donetsk region Viktor Remsky. He started his career in the authorities back in 1999 as a simple employee of the patrol and guard service. Since March 25, 2015, Remsky has been the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Poltava region - the head of the criminal police. From September 23, 2015 he took the position of Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. According to argumentua.com, being the deputy head of the Regional State Administration Pavel Zhebrivsky, Remsky was nicknamed "the governor's wallet." And not in vain ... It is known that he received very broad powers, coordinated the work of law enforcement agencies and military associations of the Donetsk region, and also personally supervised investments and everything that happened in the "gray zones". Not surprisingly, he was in control of the smuggling.
For this, the SBU initiated a corresponding criminal case.
Also under Zhebrivsky, Remsky took the oligarch Eduard Bondarenko on the hook. The latter turned to Remsky in order to solve his problematic issues. The issues were resolved with the help of the thief in law Lvovsky, thereby tying Bondarenko to himself. It is known that Bondarenko finances Remsky to this day, in particular, his new activities.
Having settled in Donbass, Remsky quickly took on the hook not only Eduard Bondarenko, but also the oligarch Maxim Efimof.

Arno Martirosyan's father Gagik Martirosyan, at a young age, attached his son as an apprentice to an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vitaly Strizhak, who worked in conjunction with Viktor Remsky. Strizhak Vitaly, according to operational data, was associated with a number of criminal leaders, in particular with Yury Yernyak, nicknamed Moldovan.
Yernyak openly kidnapped people, but thanks to Strizhak, all documents incriminating Yernyak's illegal activities were lost.
Arno's father has close family ties with representatives of the criminal world - thieves in law Ramaz Tsikoridze, nicknamed Ramaz Bagdatsky, and Polikarp Janelidze, nicknamed Polik. With their help, Arno Martirosyan and Viktor Remsky have established a whole mechanism under which the underworld regularly pays contributions for the maintenance of "werewolves in uniform." Also, one of, perhaps, the most key partners is the godfather of Viktor Remsky and a close friend of Arno Martirosyan, former thief in law Andrey Nedzelsky, nicknamed Nedelya.
In 2019, Nedzelsky was beaten in Kiev and stripped of his thief's title, and is currently on the international wanted list for murder while managing business from his yacht in the Turkish part of Cyprus.
Another member of the “criminal team” of Remsky and Nedzelsky is the thief in law Georgy Khmelidze, nicknamed Khmelo.
Khmelidze also closely cooperates with the police and even wrote a letter of intent to cooperate in 2015 to the head of the National Police of Ukraine Khatia Dekanoidze.
In the letter, Khmelidze also personally indicated that he would not engage in criminal activity, take part in criminal meetings, and also intend to appear at the police upon request. This receipt was written by Khmelidze with a request to give him the opportunity to raise children. Not only is it not inherent in a thief in law to write receipts, it also clearly implies that Khmelidze renounces thieves' ideologies with his own hand.
Giorgi Khmelidze has not broken his promise back in 2015 until now.
In addition to the listed crime bosses, the werewolf group in the pagons of Viktor Remsky includes thief in law Georgy Lobzhanidze in criminal circles, nicknamed Kutso.
With his participation, in June of this year, corrupt policemen fabricated a fake attempt on the life of 35-year-old Alexander Mazur, seeking to become a thief in law. Mazur is Kutso's right-hand man. According to a Rucriminal.info source, Viktor Remsky and Arno Martirosyan personally organized the delivery performance. Alexander Mazur is a victim in this case, and the purpose of organizing such a performance is to create the appearance of Martirosyan's effective work and eliminate criminal bosses who disagree with them. By gaining additional points, Arno Martirosyan and Viktor Remsky receive additional opportunities to protect and support thieves in law Georgy Khmelidtse and Georgy Lobzhanidze, and also try to return the status of thief in law to Remsky's godfather Andrei Nedzelsky. The better Remsky and the company manage to create the appearance of work along the way, eliminating competitors that are objectionable to the thieves in law under their control, the faster Viktor Remsky approaches his main goal - the removal of Arsen Avakov and the occupation of the post of head of the National Police. Remsky, by hook or by hook, is pulling together criminal and administrative resources around him, protecting thieves in law and actively rubbing into the credibility of government officials. Given the scale of the criminal activity and active attempts to establish contacts with the aim of overthrowing Aressen Avakov, Remsky's plan is getting closer and closer to completion every day.
