One of the most notorious crimes of the gang of Aslan Gagiyev (Dzhako) was the murder of banker Alexander Slesarev, his wife and 15-year-old daughter. It took the investigators more than 10 years to uncover the execution. And they could have done it much earlier. To do this, it was necessary that the only close friend of Slesarev, a person who is well in the family and initiated into its secrets, the current chairman of the State Duma Committee on Nationalities Valery Gazzayev, told the whole truth. The fact that Valery Gazzaev, to put it mildly, does not tell the whole truth about his relationship with the banker Alexander Slesarev, becomes clear from the interrogation protocol of the former coach of the Russian national team. The interrogation was carried out immediately after the murder in 2005. It turned out that, sensing danger, Slesarev began to hide his assets. Some of them he reissued know to whom? On his friend Valery Gazzaev. Two houses belonging to the banker's family were rewritten to the coach. Later, Gazzayev re-registered one house as Slesarev's mother-in-law. By the words "they need to be dealt with", he, like the rest of the members of the "Family" who were present in the cafe, understood - "they must be killed." The phrase "to be in touch" meant that it was necessary that the secret cell phones, on which members of their "Family" communicated with each other, these days should be always turned on and be within the reach. The next day, or two or three days later, also at the end of September or in the first days of October 2005, in the afternoon, but still during daylight hours, he, Yashkin E.I., Gagiev A.M., Dzhioev G .R., Gobozov M.S., Beglaryan S.L., Nikolaev M.K., Dzhioev A.B., Omarov A.S., Alymov O.N. and, possibly, some of the members of their "Family" gathered at the base located on the street. It was assumed that they had to pick up from the place, which would inform them by phone, either he (Beglaryan), or one of the members of their "Family" after the murder of the banker, had to drive up to them themselves, depending on how events will develop. They stood with Dudiy I.A. on that day for a long time, at least 5-7 hours, periodically called up with S.L. Beglaryan, reported the situation. None of the members of their "Family" drove up to them, the banker's car - "Mercedes" did not pass and none of the members of the "Family" had to be taken that day. Some time passed, Beglaryan S.L. called, said that today nothing is working out for him and I.A. you can "shoot" from the place. At that moment, when they disassembled and sawed the car "Audi-A8" according to the members of their "Family" who were present, he realized that the car in question had somehow been used to commit the murder on the very day he was standing near an Orthodox church located not far from the Troekurovsky cemetery in Moscow and was supposed to pick up one of the members of their "Family" after the murder of the banker (Slesarev). Some of the members of their “Family” said that S.L. Beglaryan was taken away in a sawn car. and Nikolaeva M.K., after the latter fled the scene of the crime immediately after the execution of the banker on the Kashirskoye highway. On the same day, some of the members of their “Family” who were present also said that they had directly fired shots at the car of the banker (Slesarev) S.L. Beglaryan. and Nikolaev M.K. They followed them in an Audi-A8 car, in my opinion, black. The specified car, one of the members of their "Family" acquired from someone a few days before the crime. At the same time, one of the members of the “Family”, when they were sawing the car, explained that the “Audi-A8”, on which Beglaryan S.L. and Nikolaev M.K. committed this crime on the same day was burned. Where exactly she was burned, he does not know. Literally one or two days passed and he learned from the media that the banker Slesarev was killed along with his family members on the Kashirskoye highway.
