One of the most high-profile crimes of recent weeks was the death in SIZO No. 5 of Vladimir Evdokimov, executive director for quality and reliability control of Roskosmos. In addition to Yevdokimov, the former director of ZAO Scientific and Technical Center Alexander Zolin, the former general director of MiG-Rost (the daughter of the RSK MiG, liquidated in 2012), Alexey Ozerov and the ex-general director of OAO " Helicopter service company "Akim Noskov and his deputy Alexei Andreev. Lord Ozerov, Andreev and brother of Mr. Noskov, deputy director of PJSC "Tupolev" Yegor Noskov, are the defendants of another high-profile case - the theft in the early 2000s of real estate that belonged at that time RAC MiG.
All these people are closely connected with one person - the first vice president of the UAC, Alexander Tulyakov. And Evdokimov in general was always considered the most trusted person of Tulyakov. Everyone knew that whatever the Evdokimov did, Tulyakov is behind this.
Tulyakov, in turn, also has a reliable rear. This is his close friend and curator - the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov. Evdokimov denied the blame after the arrest, did not give testimony to anyone and very much hoped that the patrons would soon pull him out. However, in February, after spending three months in jail, Yevdokimov's behavior came "a turning point".
