According to delta.news, the purchase under 223-FZ for the supply of large-diameter pipes with an external anti-corrosion coating was announced and carried out in the EIS on February 8. The system lacks almost any information, except for the place of delivery - the city of St. Petersburg. The law passed by the State Duma at the end of 2017 on “regulating the disclosure of information on the activities of certain legal entities and individuals” allows Gazprom to hide suppliers and details of purchases. The explanatory note to the bill stated that the law "is intended to protect the constitutional order and strengthen the country's defense and security."
According to SPARK-Interfax, OOO Gazprom komplektatsiya belongs to the parent PJSC Gazprom. From 2017 to 2020, the company became a customer for work worth 438 billion rubles, and since the beginning of this year has already managed to announce purchases for more than 5 billion rubles.

Suddenly, he started buying expensive and unusual cars. Kuznetsov's fleet was replenished with a Nissan GT-R (А442АА98, to celebrate, Alexander immediately grabbed 36 fines for this car) and a Chevrolet Corvette (С111СС78), produced in 1965.

Entaltseva is also, according to media reports, the common-law wife of the head of Gazprom Alexei Miller.
No less successful is the career of 39-year-old Ivan Sibirev, who recently became the head of the scandalous Gazstroyprom. Ivan Sibirev is Svetlana Kuznetsova's partner. According to the telegram channel VChK-OGPU, earlier Sibirev was one of the first deputy general directors of Gazstroyprom and was responsible for facilities in Eastern Siberia. Prior to that, he worked in major contractors of the monopoly. On the page of the top manager of VKontakte, which he, however, has not visited for a long time, there are many audio recordings of the comedian Semyon Slepakov, known, among other things, for his song-address to the shareholders of Gazprom. It is known about Sibirev that he was born in Voroshilovgrad, today it is called Lugansk. According to SPARK, Sibirev is a co-owner of the Moscow company Vine and Crad SPb LLC. The main activity is restaurants and food delivery services. The turnover for the last year amounted to 7 million rubles, the same is the loss. He is also known as an investor in a future restaurant in the Lakhta Center and a partner of Svetlana Kuznetsova. Sibirev owns 50% of Wine End Crab SPB LLC, which owns elite restaurants Wine & Crab in Barvikha near Moscow and on Nikolskaya Street, a hundred steps from the Kremlin. He is also one of the founders of catering companies Mosmax Botanichesky LLC, Mosmax Tretyakovsky LLC, Mosmax Lakhta LLC, Mosmax Nikolskaya LLC, and Gineks LLC (wholesale trade in timber, building materials and sanitary equipment). The second 50% in Vine & Crab SPB belongs to Svetlana Kuznetsova, who bore the surname Entaltseva before her marriage.
