Subsequently, in 1998, Pirtskhalava and Piskarev established a joint venture "Agrokonstanta" on the basis of the former Chapaevsky collective farm in the Zhukovsky district of the Bryansk region. Avdeev wrote down this information on a piece of paper and gave it orally to Pirtskhalava on the same day or the next.
