The previous appeal led to the initiation of a corresponding criminal case several years ago. But it, according to sources of Rucriminal.info, is not being properly investigated, and there are still no accused. Although they are well known, their names are no secret to law enforcement. The main person involved in the case was now the former general director of Moselektrotyagstroy (METS, OJSC Trest METS) Abdurakhmanov Anton Viktorovich. With a scandal, he left this chair and immediately moved to another - the general director, and then the chairman of the Board of Directors of Bamstroyput OJSC. Bamstroyput OJSC is the general contractor for the construction of the Era technopolis in Anapa, is building a shooting club and shop for the Kalashnikov concern, the Almaz-Anteya exhibition pavilion and demo centers for the United Shipbuilding Corporation and Tactical Missile Weapons Corporation.

Of the facilities signed and approved by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, only 2 facilities have been commissioned.
Until now, 50 teaching objects have not been delivered.
The funds in the amount of 8,943,217,600 rubles were transferred to carry out the work within the framework of the State Defense Order of OJSC “METS”. However, the contractor was able to report only for the use of 5,661,552,400 rubles.
In addition, METS OJSC underpaid about 3 billion rubles to subcontractors.

Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the management of Trest Moselectrotyagstroy OJSC on the facts of embezzlement of funds under government contracts, and since June 2020, a preliminary investigation in this criminal case has been carried out at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow.
