A former employee of the authorities, expelled due to numerous corruption scandals, associated with the Tambovskaya organized criminal group, posing as an "adviser" to the vice-governor M. Yu. Sokolov, planning an escape for the cordon VN RODIONOV, controls the "transport group of St. Petersburg." It looks like this: RODIONOV-SIZOV-VELESEVICH-GONCHAROV-MOLCHANOV-MIRONOVSKY-GAEVSKY-KALYUZHNAYA-BONDARENKO-Committee for Transport, Committee for the Development of Transport Infrastructure, GBU Mostotrest, Federal State Unitary Enterprise Metropolitan, GKU DTS, Holding, North Piter Avtoct -Zapad, LLC Palmira, LLC Taxi, LLC ATP Bars-2, LLC Kamprast, SPB GKU Directorate for Traffic Management, LLC Atika, LLC Neva RP, PKU Department of Federal Highways "North-West", State Unitary Enterprise "PASSAZHIRAVTOTRANS", LLC "Geokad", LLC "Managing Company" RTS ", LLC" Polytech ", LLC" MTK ", LLC" SK POINTER ", State Unitary Enterprise" GORELEKTROTRANS ". And he conducts business as follows:
Entering a government agency or a private company that interests him for contracts or kickbacks, Rodionov makes it clear that he is interacting with the head of the operational unit and his deputy at his previous place of work. And what if his (read their) requirements are not met, the interlocutor will face inquiries, searches, arrests. In the event that these threats do not work, he declares himself to be the confidant of the Colonel-General of the Secret Service itself. That is, he simply extorts bribes and forces them to conclude contracts under the guise of the aforementioned persons. It is clear that his former leaders and colleagues do not participate in these schemes, and therefore today there are practically no victims left who agree to fulfill the requirements of the "advisor", knowing that everything is a lie. But "acting without shoulder straps" is not appeased, because it is necessary to get up to a billion, as he himself says, so that there is something to go to warmer regions with. So what happens? Operating with titles and surnames, the "adviser" directs financial flows from the St. Petersburg budget to his bottomless pocket.
If we look at the collective property of Rodionov and his close relatives, who can’t boast of their success in business (all the organizations to which they were related are either liquidated or are inactive with zero income), we will see an interesting picture:
Rodionov lives in a 4-room apartment, the footage of which is comparable to the area of a good country cottage, in a new house right next to Smolny. It is very convenient to walk to work, but Rodionov prefers the Toyota Camry typical of the bureaucratic caste (so as not to stand out), with completely "inconspicuous" O *** CA numbers. Being a prudent person, in the same residential complex he has another rather big apartment "in reserve".
At the same time, his family car park boasts good examples: there is a sports sedan bmw * 001 **, and the legend of the Japanese car industry Nissan GT-R, and several completely inconspicuous SUVs Porsche, Lexus and Mercedes. By the way, the last one, which is AMG G 63 license plate P ... PP, stands like a good 2-room apartment in a new building. And, of course, we know Rodionov as a true connoisseur of beautiful cars ... how can it be without a Porsche sports car? There are obviously more cars than drivers, but what ... you can't forbid living beautifully. In order for the reader to have a clear understanding of the scope of Rodionov's professional activities "for the good of our state" (apparently he perceives himself as a part of the state, otherwise he would not have worked so hard for the good of his beloved), it is worth noting that you cannot find at least one car in this fleet, which would be older than a couple of years.
In addition to this, Rodionov still has in "use" a couple of apartments in the Frunzensky District. It seems that this is a so-so area, if not for one thing: they are located in new residential complexes near Fedorovsky Square, and the average St. Petersburg citizen can only envy the number of rooms in these apartments.
Well, as a real "middle class" (according to European standards), of course, it can afford to have a rest on weekends from heavy corruption everyday life in a country cottage in the Kurortny district of St. Petersburg not far from Bolshoy Simaginsky Lake.
And this is only a small part of what Rodionov was able to "grab" in his favor, hiding behind the names of positions and titles of his former leaders, while being in the status of a civil servant. And how many more “interesting” things are burdened by his confidants and those who are dependent on him. But this is already the subject of an operational development being carried out by former colleagues, in which Rodionov and his accomplices got "acting without shoulder straps."
