The Moscow City Court will consider a criminal case against former prosecutor Olga Shvetsova, accused of abetting the murder of an employee of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR). The perpetrators of the crime, which was committed out of respect for the customer for free, are considered members of the organized criminal community (OCS) of the criminal authority Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako), including an officer of the Moscow Region SOBR “Bulat”. The ex-prosecutor, who denies guilt, hopes that the jury will acquit her.
The prosecutor turned to the "authority" Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako) to kill the investigator of the Moscow Interdistrict Investigation Department for Transport Alexander Leonov. The reason is everyday conflict. Previously, Leonov was married to his sister Shvetsova and they had a very difficult divorce. The investigator was killed in the west of Moscow on September 12, 2012. That evening, he was returning home with his common-law wife, the judge of the Savelovsky District Court, Tatyana Adamova.

We have already published his testimony. And today we will tell you about another crime organized by the organized criminal group Jacques - the murder of the crime boss Bekov (Sos). His gang was engaged in thefts in Moscow and he had a conflict with a member of the organized criminal group Dzhako Alexander Dzhussoevym. Sos decides to eliminate the opponent, he found out about this and complained to the bosses. After that, the fate of Sosa was decided. True, there was a problem. Dzhussoev worked under a "thief in law" and the operation needed his approval. First, Dzhako's people received such approval from the thief in law in the Genatsvale restaurant. Then Bekov was kidnapped on Rublevskoe highway, taken to the forest, tied to a tree and beaten to death with a baseball bat.

All the "brothers" unquestioningly obeyed Gagiev A.M., and all the crimes committed by members of the criminal community were committed at the direction of the latter, with his knowledge and consent. In 2006, when he joined the "Family", it was already a fully formed criminal community, which had a clear hierarchy and structure, a system of subordination, subordination, conspiracy, weapons, technical equipment, which included vehicles (cars, motorcycles), vehicles communications (radio stations, mobile communications), video cameras, voice recorders, ammunition and more. Leaving the "Family" or any actions against its other members or the interests of the "Family" itself were punishable by death. The criminal community consists of separate groups. The closest to Gagiev A.M. was Dzhioev A.B., who had the nickname "Figure" and was allegedly a relative of A.M. Gagiev. The duties of Dzhioev A.B. included the transfer of instructions Gagiev A.M. and control over their implementation, his protection, secret communication with the latter. Recently, only Dzhioev A.B. had a direct conspiratorial connection with A.M. Gagiev. In addition, A. Dzhioev. also worked on his own security in the "Family", followed the relationship between community members, moods among them, attempts to leave the "Family", was responsible for interaction with law enforcement agencies and groups hostile to the "Family". In case of revealing in the "Family" any processes that contradict the interests of the "Family", Dzhioev AB immediately reported this to A.M. Gagiev. and carried out the instructions coming from that. As such, a group for the physical elimination of any persons subordinate to Dzhioev A.B. did not have. If there was a question about the murder of a community member, as a rule, it was he who led this process, because A.M. Gagiev trusted it unconditionally….
In autumn 2008, in the Moscow region, in the residential complex "Edem", in the Kurkino area, in the townhouse of OS Gagieva. he saw Sasha Dzhussoev, who was very upset. As it became known, Dzhussoev Sasha received information that people of Ossetian Bekov S.Kh. were hunting for him and want to kill him. nicknamed "Sos", who was engaged in car thefts in Moscow. Dzhussoev A.N. with Gagiev O.S. decided to kill S.Kh Bekov, which was reported to him. For this purpose Gagiev O.S. organized the establishment of the place of residence and surveillance of S.Kh. Bekov. On one of the days of the specified period, Gagiev OS, in order to discuss issues about S.Kh. Bekov, wanted to meet with one of the “thieves in law”, with whom he did not know. Gagiev O.S. I called some person who said that the "thief in law" was with him in the Georgian restaurant "Genatsvale" in the center of Moscow. They, together with Gagiev went to this restaurant, at one of the tables of which there was a "thief in law" in the company of three men. Gagiev O.S. approached the "thief in law" and talked to him, the content of the conversation is not known. A day later, towards evening, he was with O.S. Gagiev. the house to which Nikolaev M.K. came. and said that they had established the place of residence of S.Kh. Bekov, and that we would “exhibit” in the evening, that is, set up an ambush with the aim of kidnapping and killing him. They drove to the intersection of Kutuzovsky Prospekt and Rublevskoye Highway, where a seizure was planned in the parking lot next to the twelve-story building, the plan of which was developed and directed by S.L. Beglaryan. In his Mercedes Benz 221, he was standing at a traffic light on the street perpendicular to the Aminevskoe highway, about 300 meters from the indicated house, covering the passage along the Aminevskoe highway. His tasks included, after his passage, to report on the radio, if necessary, in case S.Kh. tried to hide from persecution, he had to pursue him. How the rest were arranged is not known. He knows that S.L. Beglaryan was on the "Land Cruiser 100", Nikolaev M.K. seems to have been with R.V. Yurtov. on what car, he does not know exactly, perhaps also on the "Land Cruiser 100". Gagiev O.S. with D.O. Kodoev were either on "Lexus" or "Nissan Almera", he does not remember exactly. There may have been other people and other machines that weren't known about. Each of the participants in the seizure had portable radios for operational communication. In the middle of the night, at about 3-4 o'clock, the indicated car passed by, and he informed everyone by radio. Then he heard Nikolayev M.K. said that S.Kh. Bekov's car. Volkswagen Passat got into the parking lot, said that they would be seized. Then Nikolaev M.K. said that the object was the one who demanded S.L. Beglaryan. adjust the car. Nikolaev M.K. showed Bekov S.Kh. ID of a police officer, said that he was detained, someone put on him - Bekova S.Kh. handcuffed, put in a car and driven in the direction of the Moscow region along Rublevskoe highway. He did not see the capture itself, because he did not drive up to this place. After the capture, he went after them, along the route he asked by radio to clarify the problem, Gagiev O.S. or Beglaryan S.L. told to go home. Also, they sent home Kodoev D.O., because Gagiev O.S. moved to S.L. Beglaryan. into the car. Then, according to M.K. Nikolaev. it became known to him that Bekova S.Kh. they were taken to a forest in the Moscow region, tied to a tree. Gagiev O.S. phoned Dzhussoev A.N., who at that time was in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, said that Bekov S.Kh. from them and said hello to the latter. Bekov S.Kh., when he found out because of whom he was kidnapped, began to loudly and emotionally express obscene words about A.N. Dzhussoev. Bekov S.Kh. I wanted to tell something bad about Dzhussoev A.N., but Gagiev O.S. began to beat him with a wooden bat on various parts of his body and beat him. Did Gagiev O.S. Bekova S.Kh. immediately to death, he does not know. But he knows for sure that the body of Bekov S.Kh. was discovered in the forest after a while. Nobody else said anything else. When he returned to Moscow Dzhussoev A.N., Gagiev O.S. asked him if he wanted to hug him, since Gagiev O.S. solved his problem, killed S.Kh. Bekov. Dzhussoev A.N. thanked him. Then for a long time Gagiev O.S. teased Yurtov R.V., who in the course of a long and difficult search for S.Kh. promised to kill him when he found him. But when in the forest Gagiev O.S. offered Yurtov R.V. to kill S.Kh. Bekov, he refused.
