In September 2021, Boris Krasnov, the favorite production designer of Alla Pugacheva, Philip Kirkorov, Valery Leontyev, Larisa Dolina and dozens of other celebrities, died. Our country owes him such important sporting events as the presentation of Russia before the Sochi Olympics, the winning bid for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, and the Summer Universiade ceremony in Kazan. And after Russia's incredible victory at Expo 2010 in Shanghai, he entered the top ten world designers.

Rucriminal.info found out that very strange events preceded his death. When Krasnov was already seriously ill and was in hospital, his property went to Dmitry Komissarov, the chairman of the board of directors of Transmashholding, partner of billionaires Andrei Bokarev and Iskander Makhmudov, on account of a dubious loan agreement. Some of the richest people in Russia simply robbed the dying artist.

Dmitry Komissarov at various times was a member of the board of directors of Russian Railways, an advisor to the general director of Otkritie Holding, now he is the chairman of the board of directors of JSC Transmashholding Bokarev and Makhmudov. Komissarov is their very old partner.

And Komissarov is also known in a criminal case under part 7 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Fraud) - about embezzlement in the JSC Tsentralnaya PPK. Searches were carried out on it in the fall of 2020.

According to the ICR, in 2016, unidentified employees of OJSC Central Suburban Passenger Company stole money allocated for work on comprehensive maintenance and repair of ticket printing machines at infrastructure facilities of the Moscow Railways under contracts between the Central Suburban Passenger Company and JSC TransTechSvyaz. The cost of work under four contracts was overstated by 364.24 million rubles.

The owners of the CPPK are Moscow Passenger Company LLC (56.5% of shares), which is controlled through the Cypriot offshore by the same Dmitry Georgievich Komissarov, as well as the Cypriot HALORITE HOLDINGS LIMITED, Regional Express LLC and 11 individuals.

Boris Arkadievich Krasnov died on September 7 at the age of 61 in one of the capital's hospices. On New Year's Day, he fell ill with covid, serious complications began, which led to the fact that on April 29 he had a second stroke. He was in intensive care in Botkinskaya until the end of July, then he was transferred to a hospice, as the doctors decided that there was no longer any point in treating him.

Boris Krasnov had the status of an individual entrepreneur.

And it turned out that when Boris Krasnov was in a serious condition in the hospital, strange manipulations took place with his property. In March 2021, one of Krasnov's apartments was put up for auction by a certain Sokrat LLC (Ryazan), allegedly by a court decision. LLC Sokrat is a “shell company”: its authorized capital of 30 thousand rubles has not been paid, and it does not submit its financial statements to the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

The proceeds from the auction (or the apartment itself) were intended for the chairman of the board of directors of Transmashholding, Dmitry Georgievich Komissarov.

Komissarov acted on account of the loan agreement of 2017. Rucriminal.info has this agreement at its disposal. It follows from it that Krasnov borrowed 200 thousand dollars from Komissarov on the security of his apartment of 72 square meters on Akademik Ilyushin Street. The money was supposed to be returned in a year.

And now 2021. Krasnov is dying and needs funds for treatment. And one of the richest people in Russia skips to sell the debtor's property and get back his 200 thousand dollars.

As the editors found out, the loan agreement contains the passport number, which has never been issued to Boris Arkadyevich Krasnov by anyone. For some reason, the executive inscriptions under the loan agreement were taken out by two notaries of the city of Moscow - German Evgenievich Krasnov (in the spring of 2018) and Sergey Alexandrovich Tsvetkov (in the spring of 2019).

Moreover, it turned out that back in March 2020, a certain Status LLC (St. Petersburg), registered in the name of a certain citizen Maizus Valentina Pavlovna (born in 1947), applied for bankruptcy of the entrepreneur Boris Arkadyevich Krasnov. The statement of LLC Status was returned by the judge of the LRA Kantar: LLC Status did not comply with the requirements of the law, since it was not “tried” in the LRA and did not publish a notice of intent to bankrupt the entrepreneur Krasnov Boris Arkadievich in advance (not less than 14 days in advance).

However, the judge of the LRA, Daria Vasilievna Suliyeva, ignoring the judicial act of the same LRA, but with the support of the chairman of the LRA, Nikolai Novikov, issued a judicial act on putting the apartment of IE Krasnov Boris Arkadievich for auction.
