Actor and director Oleg Boretsky died in June 2020, he died under strange circumstances. For almost two years, Boretsky's son Ilya has been fighting for the inheritance with his father's widow Zoya Matveevskaya. She defended the interests of the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company for many years. It was she who was the representative of the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company in the case against Berezovsky in London, Boris Nemtsov in 2011. Matveevskaya has many connections and, as it turns out, has long been engaged in the weaning of real estate. In this case, the victims are bullied, and then die under strange circumstances. Details Rucriminal.info told the son of Oleg Ilya Boretsky.

“On May 29, 2020, I spoke with my father Oleg Boretsky for the last time. After that, I could not get through to him until June 3, 2020, when Zoya Alexandrovna Matveevskaya answered the phone. She said that dad was in the hospital. She did not answer my questions about which hospital my father was in and what condition he was in. As a result, I find out through the ambulance hotline that my father was taken to hospital 15 in a state of clinical death on June 1, 2020.

Since then, I have been in constant contact with doctors. As a result, on June 7, he dies without regaining consciousness. On June 8, I pick up the documents from the morgue and when I open my passport, I find out that my father and Matveevskaya have been married since 2015. Up to this point, I have repeatedly asked the question about the formalization of their relationship, and he and she said that it does not make any sense and they do not need it.

As a result, I am informed about the time and place of the funeral after Zoya found out that I took the documents (before that, I prepared the funeral). They never called me to bookmark the urn.

A few days later, I find out that my father wrote a will for Z.A. Matveevskaya. to all his property. At that time, my father owned two apartments in the center of Moscow. He received the last of them on Nikitsky Boulevard from his mother, my grandmother Alina Dmitrievna Boretskaya after her death and told me more than once that he would give me this apartment in the near future after the pandemic. I feel it necessary to clarify that my father has hardly left the house since 2016, except for occasional visits to the doctor. He also regularly received funds from me for the maintenance of this apartment.

Only now I am beginning to understand what saved me from the hopelessness of the situation is my efficiency in the first days after the death of my father. By sheer chance, I was the first to take the papers on my father's death. What caused a very brown reaction in Matvevskaya (I am attaching a recording of the conversation). As I was told in the notary's office, in which I opened the inheritance case, Matveyskaya demanded that they issue documents for the ownership of both apartments, while ignoring all the arguments and leaving, she said that she would write a statement to the police.

Before the trial, Matvevskaya did not get in touch with me. But she brought several of my father's comrades to court, according to acquaintances, for coming to court on her side, father's friends were offered about 300 thousand rubles.

At the trial, she provided more than 200 pages of documents, but she did not have copies for us. Despite this, the court attached all these 200 pages to the case. As a result, it turned out that none of the documents was certified and does not carry an evidence base, since it does not refer to the time of signing the will on January 28, 2020.

It is important to note the facts by date. My grandmother Alina Dmitreevna Boretskaya died on August 18, 2019, and already on January 28, 2020, my father writes a will on Matveevskaya, takes ownership of my grandmother's apartment on March 5, 2020 and dies on June 7, 2020. That is, all these events take place within less than a year,” said Ilya Boretsky.

I also learn from my father’s medical records that Matveevskaya refused to undergo a psychiatric examination of my father when he behaved strangely and, being a diabetic, actively drank tea with honey while in the hospital. And when the situation became stalemate, she discharged him from the hospital. She also demanded that he be prescribed medicines that were contraindicated for him for medical reasons, which the doctor also writes about in my father's cards. In the last card of my father, which was kept from the moment the ambulance arrived and all of his last 7 days of life, when he was in the hospital, it is written that, according to his wife, my father lay in bed all day with a temperature of 40 and only the next day when it got worse, she called an ambulance. At the same time, upon arrival, the ambulance recorded clinical death and put my father into a coma from which he did not come out.

At the same time, I find out, through the CIAN website, that Matveevskaya is trying to rent one of the apartments for 210 thousand rubles a month.

If I tell you in more detail about the episode with renting an apartment, then I found it on the CIAN website (https://www.cian.ru/rent/flat/235559529/), Zoya has repeatedly said how much she loves the Penny Lane agency for their responsiveness. In total, I called this agency and demanded that they rent an apartment (at the moment the apartment is not for rent and just stands), they pretended to be idiots, but in the end the ad was removed.

In 2018, my grandmother was deprived of her passport and documents for her apartment, where she lived all her life. I found out about this almost before my grandmother's death, but shortly after that, my grandmother passed away. On my proposal to write a statement to the police, she said that she was afraid to make Oleg (my father) worse, since he was completely dependent on Matveevskaya.

At the same time, Matveevskaya, while her grandmother and father were alive, tried to create a conflict situation between us. So she tried all the time to show her father how badly I took care of my grandmother and sometimes it came to screaming at me, but my grandmother had the strength to calm him down and explain how things really are for the rest of her life.

In 2016-2020 my father tried to make appointments with me while Zoe was away. At the same time, he even tried to conduct telephone conversations with me while Matveevskaya was not at home, and as soon as she came, he ended the conversation as quickly as possible.

Represents the interests of Zoya in court Karakhanyan from the Borshchevsky and Partners Bar Association behaves extremely defiantly in court, ignores the remarks of the judge until he is told that he will be removed if such rhetoric is continued against the court and the plaintiff.

Matveevskaya has repeatedly shared that she wants to leave the country and go to her daughter Alexandra in Israel.

At the moment, Matveevskaya lives in my father's apartment on Malaya Dmitrov, 29с1 sq. My grandmother's apartment at Nikitsky Boulevard, 17 sq. .. is just standing there, she does not pay taxes on it and postpones the proceedings on the consideration of cases on the payment of taxes on this apartment.

The first meeting on my claim for the annulment of the will took place in February 2021, at which Matveevskaya did not provide any materials relevant to the case. The court upheld the will.

A few days after the meeting on March 8, 2021, in the courtyard of the house where I was registered, I was attacked with a gas canister, while the man knew my name, because he called out to me by name and when I turned around he jumped in my face. The doctors told me that the glasses were the only thing that saved me from losing my sight.

I became aware of a similar case that has been going on since 2016. In this case, the dispute is over an apartment owned by Matveevskaya's former father-in-law, Yuri Arefyevich Matveevsky, in which she represents the interests of her daughter Alexandra Ben-Joya (nee Matveevskaya), who has been living in Israel since 2010, and her ex-husband Andrei Matveevsky. In this case, Matveevskaya's opponents repeatedly encountered forgery of documents and expertise by Zoya. And also in the case there is a description of all the bullying by Matveevskaya and her ex-husband over her father (Yuri Arefyevich Matveevsim).

At the same time, Matveevskaya had apartments at the Paveletskaya and Oktyabrskaya metro stations. They were for the purchase of real estate in Israel.

This communication prompted me to conduct an examination of my grandmother's will, which I saw and learned about its existence only at the court to cancel my father's will, according to which my father entered into an inheritance and the examination revealed the similarity of Matveevskaya's handwriting and the handwriting on my grandmother's will. From which it is concluded that my grandmother did not sign this will. This prompted me to file another suit for an unworthy heir. The court has scheduled a hearing in this case for May 31, 2022.
