Roman Abramovich's partner has been under Ukrainian sanctions since 2018, but despite this, the billionaire annually spends the summer and the velvet season on the Cote d'Azur. There, he quite calmly (so far) owns a villa in the commune of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat for 7 (and now costs tens) million euros. The estate, for a salary of 30,000 euros, is managed by a French woman named Najat. There, the billionaire rents yachts for hundreds of thousands of euros. Now, while large-scale construction is underway at the Efim Malkin facility, he, along with a child, a nanny and an old-new wife, the owner of a network of clinics in Moscow, Donya Malkina, lives in the villa Villa Casa Ventura rented from his friend for 200 thousand euros per month. At the same time, his wife apparently already realized that her husband's madness with the kidnapping of a child could end badly. Donya Malkina publicly denies any contact with the 69-year-old ex-senator, but hides her real location. Back in June, 69-year-old father Efim Malkin brought copies of air tickets for July 4, 2023 from Moscow to France to Presnensky Court for himself and his daughter. At the same time, everything clearly went according to plan for the oligarch: a few months before that, Yefim Malkin somehow unilaterally canceled his daughter's international passport, which was kept by his mother, and secretly made a new one. However, when the child’s mother decided to transfer her daughter’s documents to her ex-husband (the girl was already with her father), she did not find a passport and turned to the MFC, where, according to her statement, on June 30, the only one at that time (the one that Yefim did Malkin) the girl's foreign passport.
It is known for certain that on the morning of July 4, Efim Malkin was in Moscow, but on the same day he flew to France. At the same time, the fate of the 7-year-old girl is still not clear. She either left without a father and mother in Moscow (there is no information in the border bases that the girl left the Russian Federation), or in some incomprehensible way left with her father on an invalid passport.
For more than a month, the child’s phone is unavailable, all this time the mother did not communicate with her daughter, since Efim Malkin and his entourage cut off all contacts. Applications to the police (the first one was written on July 17 at the DMIA for the Arbat district, then to the DMIA for the Presnensky district and to the DMIA for the Khamovniki district) about the search for a missing child are dead weight. The police openly declare that they are not going to look for the child and have extended the verification period to 30 days.
I wonder how Efim Malkin will get out of the situation with the departure and stay of his daughter in France without a passport. Suppose that he will again call his neighbor, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov - Yevgeny Ivanov.
